Yes. A deposit is required to secure all reservations. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
We accept secure online payments via debit or credit card. Remaining balances may be paid in cash (USD or JMD) on the day of service.

In the event of severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe, guests may reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund of the deposit amount.
Cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
No shows on the day of service will be charged with the full booking amount.
In the event of severe weather conditions, guests may reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability). ‘Severe weather’ refers to conditions that make it unsafe to travel.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via Email or WhatsApp.
Guests are given a grace period of 15 minutes. Significant delays may affect the tour schedule or may result in additional charges.
